The chart below outlines some successes from 2013. No attorney can win every case, so individual results vary due to many factors. These cases should not be taken as a guarantee of what I could do for you, but only as evidence of my successful resolution of some very difficult matters for clients. I work hard for each of my clients and I believe my record of success speaks for itself.

December 2013: Client with 69/55 speed which was 5th offense in 12 months.  Reduced to 59/55 avoiding points on BMV record.

December 2013: 60/45 reduced to no point 49/45.

December 2013: Successfully obtained limited driving privileges for client with non-compliance suspension.

December 2013: 71/55 reduced to no point 59/55.

October 2013: Client charged with felony 2 and felony 3 Robbery.  Set for trial and resolved on day of trial with plea to misdemeanor count of receiving stolen property.

October 2013: ACDA dismissed for costs.

September 2013: Client charged with OVI and OVI per se.  ALS dismissed at first hearing avoiding high ALS reinstatement fee.  Case resolved with plea to Reckless Operation with $100 fine, DIP, and drivers license suspension.

September 2013: 70 in a 55 construction zone reduced to no point 59/55 with $35 fine.

September 2013: 62 in a 45 construction zone reduced to no point 59/55 with no fine.  Client paid costs only.

September 2013: 78/65 dismissed for costs and driver safety program.

August 2013: Reckless operation of a motor vehicle reduced to backing without safety.

August 2013: Client with 2 prior DUS convictions charged with driving under FRA suspension and speed.  Helped client get valid license and DUS was dismissed for plea to speed.  $25 fine plus costs.

August 2013: OVI and speeding 60/40 reduced to single count of Physical Control

August 2013: 79/65 dismissed for costs and driver safety program.

July 2013: Client filed for expungement of prior CCW charge.  Prosecutor objected.  Successful in having prosecutor’s objection withdrawn and expungement granted.

June 2013: Driving Under Suspension, No Ops and Speeding dismissed for court costs.

June 2013: 2 counts of Driving Under Suspension reduced to No Ops and avoiding points on client’s record.

June 2013: 45/25 reduced to an equipment violation with no points.

May 2013: Client charged with 2nd offense OVI, OVI Refusal with prior in 20, and Following Too Close.  Suppression motion filed.  Motion conceded and OVI charges dismissed.  Guilty plea to following too close with fine and costs only.

May 2013: OVI, OVI per se (0.143), Marked Lanes, and Failure to Signal charges reduced to a single count of Physical Control, a non-moving violation.

May 2013: Reckless Operation, 92 in a 55 mph zone, Seatbelt, and a license violation reduced to single count of Speeding 70 in a 55.  $35 fine plus costs.

May 2013: 2nd offense OVI.  Reached agreement with prosecutor to treat as stipulated 1st OVI with minimum penalties.

May 2013: Possession of Drugs and Drug Paraphernalia reduced to Disorderly Conduct upon client’s agreement to complete a treatment program.

May 2013: Reckless Operation reduced to Speed 50 in a 35.

May 2013: Client charged with 2 counts of Failure to Reinstate and Speeding 49 in a 35.  Negotiated dismissal of all charges for payment of court costs.

May 2013: Client charged with Hazmat Inside 270 and Traffic Control Device.  Successful in avoiding client’s mandatory appearance and negotiated dismissal of traffic charge upon agreement to plea to hazmat violation.

May 2013: Marked Lanes violation dismissed for safety course and court costs.

April 2013: Not guilty obtained after trial on Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle charge.  Accompanying disorderly conduct also dismissed by agreement.

April 2013: Felony Trafficking in Marijuana reduced to misdemeanor offense.

April 2013: Client charged with Hit/Skip and Failure to Control after leaving the scene of an accident.  Reached agreement with prosecutor to dismiss hit/skip upon plea to FTC.  $25 fine plus costs.

April 2013: Driving Under Suspension, No Ops and Tag Violation.  Case Dismissed.

April 2013: Driving Under FRA Suspension, Driving Under Suspension X2, Failure to Reinstate X2 and Speeding 46 in a 35.  Dismissed for payment of court costs and driver safety course.

April 2013: Client charged with 3 counts of Driving Under Suspension, 1 count of No Ops, and Speeding 60 in a 45 mph construction zone.  Dismissed for payment of court costs.

April 2013: CDL driver charged with 58 in a 45 mph construction zone.  Negotiated plea to zero point 49 in a 45.

April 2013: Juvenile charged with Disorderly Conduct after fight at school.  Negotiated plea and eventual dismissal of charge.

April 2013: 83 in a 65 dismissed for payment of costs and driver safety course.

April 2013: 2 separate Clients charged with Hazmat Inside 270 and Traffic Control Device.  Successful in avoiding clients’ mandatory appearance and negotiated dismissal of traffic charge upon agreement to plea to hazmat violation.

April 2013: Client charged with Traffic Control Device violation after accident.  Dismissed for court costs.

March 2013: Driving Under Suspension dismissed for payment of court costs.

March 2013: Client with 2 prior drinking and driving violations charged with OVI, Marked Lanes, and Speed.  Negotiated to single count of physical control, avoiding OVI conviction.

March 2013: No point speed obtained for CDL driver charged with speeding in a construction zone.

March 2013: 55 in a 45 mph construction zone reduced to no-point 49 in a 45.

February 2013: Client charged with OVI and Marked Lanes violation.  Suppression motion filed and case reduced to Reckless Operation (ROMV).

February 2013: Illegal U-Turn dismissed for court costs.

February 2013: Successful in maintaining client’s probation status after positive drug screen.

January 2013: Client charged with Trespass after breaking into unoccupied home while voluntarily intoxicated.  Case dismissed for payment of costs, D/A assessment, and apology.  Record sealed in April 2013.

January 2013: Driving Under Suspension, Muffler and Tag Violations dismissed for payment of court costs and traffic safety course.

January 2013: Client charged with M1 Failure to Reinstate and Speeding.  Negotiated plea to speed avoiding risk of jail.  Fine and costs only.

January 2013: Speed of 50 in a 35 reduced to Equipment Violation.
