The chart below outlines some successes from 2012. No attorney can win every case, so individual results vary due to many factors. These cases should not be taken as a guarantee of what I could do for you, but only as evidence of my successful resolution of some very difficult matters for clients. I work hard for each of my clients and I believe my record of success speaks for itself.

December 2012: Criminal Mischief reduced to disorderly conduct.

December 2012: Speeding 42 in a 20 mph School Zone.  Reduced to zero point 24 in a 20.

December 2012: 68 in a 55 dismissed for payment of court costs and traffic safety course.

December 2012: 70/55 reduced to zero point 59/55.

November 2012: OVI and accompanying charges successfully reduced to Physical Control with agreement to minimum OVI penalties.

November 2012: Driving Under FRA Suspension, No Ops, and Use of Headphones While Driving dismissed for payment of court costs.

November 2012: Client charged with Resisting Arrest, Failure to Disclose Personal Information, and Trespass.  Negotiated dismissal of resisting arrest and trespass upon agreement to plea to remaining charge.  Fine and costs only.  Jail avoided.

November 2012: Client, a CDL truck driver, charged with Hazmat violation and Speeding 57 in a 45 mph construction zone.  Successful in having charges reduced to a 49 in a 45 mph zone, which is a no point violation.

November 2012: 78 in a 65 speed dismissed for payment of court costs and safety class.

October 2012: Client involved in accident and charged with OVI, Hit/Skip, and Failure to Yield.  Able to reach agreement whereby Hit/Skip and FTY were dismissed and client plead to OVI charge with agreement to minimum penalties.

October 2012: Failure to Control.  Case dismissed for court costs.

October 2012: OVI, OVI per se, and Driving Left of Center.  OVI conviction avoided with reduction to Physical Control with minimum OVI penalties agreed to.

October 2012: Traffic Control Device violation successfully amended to avoid points on client’s driving record.

October 2012: No Ops, Hit/Skip, and ACDA charged after client rear-ended another car in traffic.  Negotiated to single count of ACDA with fine and costs only avoiding suspension of client’s license.

October 2012: Speed of 43 in a 35 mph zone and Seatbelt violation.  Successful in obtaining dismissal of speeding violation upon guilty plea to the seatbelt violation.  $10 plus costs.

September 2012: Client with poor driving record charged with Hit & Skip / Failure to Stop After an Accident.  Negotiated to non-traffic disorderly charge maintaining client’s ability to drive.

September 2012: 62 in a 45 mph construction zone.  Amended to no point 49 in a 45 with total fines/costs of less than $125.

September 2012: Failure to signal dismissed for court costs.

September 2012: Speeding 33/20 mph school zone and Improper Passing reduced to single, no point, 24/20 with $20 fine plus costs.

September 2012: CDL Driver charged with Transporting Hazardous Material Inside 270 and Traffic Control Device violation.  Negotiated dismissal of M1 Hazmat charge upon plea to MM TCD.

September 2012: Speeds of 75/55 and 78/55 dismissed for payment of costs and driver safety course for separate clients.

August 2012: Wrongful Entrustment, Driving Under FRA Suspension, Fictitious ID, No Ops, and Improper Turn dismissed for payment of court costs and driver safety course.

August 2012: Client charged with OVI, Child Endangering, Drug Paraphernalia, Drug Possession, Tail light violation, and Child Restraint.  Suppression motion filed based on the stop.  Successfully negotiated to 0 point plea of Physical Control and pleas to drug paraphernalia and possession.

August 2012: Drug Possession, No Ops, and Failure to Display License Plate resolved with plea to Disorderly Conduct with $100 fine and costs.

August 2012: Illegal U Turn and Obstructing Intersection dismissed for payment of court costs and driver safety program.

August 2012: Driving Under Suspension, No Ops, and Tags to Another Vehicle.  Negotiated to single minor misdemeanor No Ops with fine only.

August 2012: 71/55 Construction Zone ticket amended to no point 59/55 with $35 fine plus costs.

July 2012: Client’s OVI charge dismissed for plea to accompanying Registration Violation and $25 fine and costs.

July 2012: No Ops charge for driving without motorcycle endorsement.  Had client obtain endorsement and State agreed to dismiss for payment of costs.

July 2012: Limited driving privileges obtained for client with 2nd FRA suspension.

July 2012: Speed of 73/55 dismissed for payment of costs and driver safety course.

July 2012: 70/45 mph construction zone amended to zero point 49/45.

June 2012: Client charged with Carrying Concealed Weapon (CCW), Drug Possession, Driving Under Suspension and Failure to Signal.  Negotiated plea to DUS with fine only.  Balance of charges dismissed.

June 2012: Obtained expungement for client’s domestic violence and assault arrest/dismissal.

June 2012: CDL holder charged with Improper Transport of Hazmat and Speeding 57 in a 45 mph construction zone.  Negotiated to zero point 49 in a 45 mph zone with the hazmat charge being dismissed.

June 2012: Truck driver charged with a Hazmat violation and traffic control device violation.  Traffic control device charge dismissed, avoiding moving violation, upon plea to hazmat charge with $50 fine plus costs.

June 2012: Successful in obtaining minimum penalties on client’s OVI charge.

June 2012: Speed 82/65 reduced to 0 point 69/65 with $35 fine plus costs.

June 2012: Speed of 41/30 and Seat Belt Violation dismissed for payment of costs and driver safety course.

June 2012: Juvenile with ACDA charge pled and then held open.  Case dismissed upon client maintaining clean record for 90 days.

May 2012: School zone speed of 30 in a 20 dismissed for plea to accompanying seatbelt violation.

May 2012: School zone speed of 45 in a 20 dismissed for plea to accompanying seatbelt violation.

May 2012: Speed of 51 in a 30 successfully negotiated to 0 point 34 in a 30.

May 2012: Speed of 50/35 dismissed for payment of costs and driver safety course.

April 2012: Driving Under FRA Suspension, No Ops, and Illegal Turn dismissed for payment of court costs and driver safety program.

April 2012: Driving Under Suspension, No Ops, and Registration Violation dismissed for payment of court costs.

April 2012: Successful in obtaining amendment of client’s prior charge to allow them to be hired as a driver for a company.

April 2012: Truck driver charged with traffic control device violation for riding in the wrong lane on 270.  Case dismissed for payment of court costs.

April 2012: Speed of 40 in a 25 dismissed for court costs and proof of insurance.

April 2012: ACDA case dismissed for costs.

April 2012: Failure to Control dismissed for costs.

April 2012: Speed of 67/55 dismissed for payment of costs and driver safety course.

March 2012: Successful in obtaining expungement of client’s obstructing official business conviction.

March 2012: Client charged with ACDA after an accident.  Amended to no point speed with a bond forfeiture.

March 2012: Marked lanes violation.  Dismissed for costs.

March 2012: 57 in a 45 construction zone.  Reduced to no point 49 in a 45.

February 2012: Successful in withdrawing guilty plea on offense in order to avoid an impending 12 point suspension.

February 2012: School bus driver charged with Marked Lanes violation after an accident.  Negotiated a dismissal for payment of court costs.

February 2012: Speed of 87 in a 65 dismissed for payment of court costs and safety course.

February 2012: Failure to Yield from Private Drive charged after accident where client slid into a bus.  Case dismissed for payment of court costs.

February 2012: Successful in obtaining limited driving privileges for client under a financial responsibility suspension.

February 2012: Client ticketed for 50 in a 35 and window tint violation.  Speed reduced to no point 39 in a 35 and window tint dismissed.

February 2012: Speed of 76 in a 55 reduced to no point 59 in a 55.

January 2012: Client charged with felony Robbery and 2 thefts.  Robbery reduced to misdemeanor theft, one theft amended to Unauthorized Use of Property, and the other dismissed.  Probation, assessments, and restitution ordered.

January 2012: Turning at intersections.  Case dismissed.

January 2012: School zone speed of 36 in a 20 reduced to 24 in a 20.  No points.  No fine.  Costs only.

January 2012: Speeding 80 in a 65, 70 in a 55, and Stop Sign violation dismissed for payment of court costs and safety course for separate clients.
