The chart below outlines some successes from 2008. No attorney can win every case, so individual results vary due to many factors. These cases should not be taken as a guarantee of what I could do for you, but only as evidence of my successful resolution of some very difficult matters for clients. I work hard for each of my clients and I believe my record of success speaks for itself.

December 2008: Reckless operation charged dismissed upon client’s plea to squealing tires with fine and costs. No license suspension.

December 2008: Juvenile charged with Assured Clear Distance Ahead (ACDA). Case dismissed upon completion of Alive At 25 class.

December 2008: Juvenile charged with Following Too Closely. Case dismissed.

December 2008: Illegal right on red ticket. Case dismissed for payment of court costs.

December 2008: 3rd offense speeding within 1 year, a misdemeanor of the 4th degree. Case dismissed.

November 2008: Client charged with Driving Under Suspension and No Ops. Negotiated reduction to Failure to Display License, a non-moving violation with fine and court costs only. Avoided vehicle immobilization and license suspension.

November 2008: Reckless Operation and Speeding 26 mph over limit in Construction Zone. Reckless Operation dismissed and speed reduced to 19 mph over.

November 2008: Domestic Violence and Assault. Case dismissed and expunged.

November 2008: 3 complaints for Passing Bad Checks, 1st degree misdemeanors, dismissed for client’s plea to 4th degree misdemeanor trespass.

November 2008: Speeding in a School Zone 31 in a 20 and seatbelt ticket. Speeding dismissed upon plea to seatbelt violation. $40 fine and costs.

November 2008: Negotiated dismissal of Reckless Operation charge and 4 point speed reduction to 2 point speed.

November 2008: School zone speeding and seatbelt ticket. School zone speeding dismissed upon admission to seat belt violation. $100 fine plus costs.

November 2008: Speeding 78 in a 55 reduced to zero point 59 in a 55.

November 2008: Speeding 80 in a 65 reduced to 69 in a 65 with zero points.

November 2008: Assisted client with prior OVI in lifting a warrant and having jail term suspended.

October 2008: Assisted school teacher in disciplinary action before the Ohio Department of Education. Helped to avoid long term impact on license and to maintain client’s license to teach.

October 2008: Speeding 73 in a 55 mph zone for CDL driver, a serious traffic violation. Reduced to a 59 in a 55 avoiding points and serious traffic violation designation.

October 2008: Truck driver with CDL cited for failure to control and running a stop sign after accident. Ticket reduced to non-moving, zero point equipment violation.

October 2008: CDL driver faced serious traffic violation for speeding 73 in a 55 mph zone. Avoided serious traffic violation status by having ticket reduced to a 59 in a 55.

September 2008: Client charged with Felony Possession of Cocaine. Negotiated plea to misdemeanor with a stipulated time served. No fine or court costs.

September 2008: OVI and Marked Lanes charges. Case dismissed for payment of court costs.

September 2008: Speeding 79 in a 65 mph zone. Case dismissed for payment of court costs.

August 2008: Client charged in three cases with 2 counts each of Domestic Violence and Assault, and one count of Driving Under Suspension and No Ops. Driving Under Suspension and all domestic violence and assault charges dismissed on client’s plea to No Ops. $50 fine plus costs. No probation or license suspension.

August 2008: Client faced charges of Felony 2 Burglary and Misdemeanor 1 Theft out of separate incidents. Worked case out with client’s plea to Criminal Mischief, a third degree misdemeanor, and Unauthorized Use of Property, a fourth degree misdemeanor.

August 2008: Felony Harassment by Inmate reduced to misdemeanor with short jail sentence. Separate Disorderly Conduct case dismissed. No probation, fine, or court costs.

August 2008: Speed 68 in a 55. Case dismissed.

August 2008: Driving Under Suspension dismissed for plea to No Ops with $150 fine only. Client avoided license suspension and impoundment of vehicle.

July 2008: Charge of Driving Under OVI Suspension. Case dismissed.

July 2008: College student charged with OVI and Driving Wrong Way On One Way Street. Reduced to Physical Control with $175 fines and costs, DIP, and 1 year provided no convictions monitored time. No license suspension.

July 2008: High test OVI accompanied with charges of Marked Lanes Violation, Speed, and Failure to Signal. Reduced to impaired OVI with remaining charges dismissed. Avoided the mandatory jail time and probation. License suspension, fine, and DIP ordered.

July 2008: Successfully had client’s arrest record for felony receiving stolen property, felony cocaine possession, misdemeanor falsification, and misdemeanor disorderly conduct expunged and sealed.

July 2008: Client charged with Driving Under FRA Suspension, No Ops, and Expired Tags. Driving under FRA suspension and expired tags dismissed for admission to No Ops, a 2 point violation. Avoided driver’s license suspension and higher points.

July 2008: Driving Under Suspension, No Ops, and Failure to Yield Right of Way charges filed after client involved in accident. Case dismissed for payment of court costs.

July 2008: Failure to Control charges against CDL driver filed after accident on freeway. Case dismissed for court costs.

July 2008: Marked Lanes violation and Improper Right Turn charges against CDL driver. Case dismissed for court costs.

June 2008: Client charged with Domestic Violence and Assault. Set for trial and case dismissed.

June 2008: Client charged with DUI after being stopped for driving without headlights. Suppression motion filed. Negotiated with officers and prosecutor to a Reckless Operation, 4th degree misdemeanor.

June 2008: Client charged with Marijuana Possession and Drug Paraphernalia, facing up to 60 days in jail plus a driver license suspension of 6 months to 5 years. Negotiated plea to minor misdemeanor marijuana possession. $60 fine plus costs. No license suspension or jail.

June 2008: Client facing traffic violations for two separate incidents. Driving Under Suspension dismissed for court costs. Failure to Obey a Traffic Control Device ticket dismissed.

May 2008: Client charged with Driving Under OVI Suspension, No Ops, and a Registration violation and facing mandatory jail time along with revocation of probation on prior OVI. Driving under OVI suspension and No Ops dismissed for guilty plea to a registration violation. $100 fine plus costs. No jail and no revocation of probation.

May 2008: Client, a CDL truck driver, faced charges of Driving Under Suspension and Speeding. Case dismissed for court costs.

May 2008: Sexual Imposition, Assault, and Menacing charges against client. Case dismissed.

May 2008: CDL license holder facing serious traffic violation of Following Too Closely and Seatbelt Ticket. Following too closely dismissed for plea to seatbelt violation. $35 fine plus costs.

May 2008: Domestic violence case dismissed.

May 2008: Juvenile client charged with felony Complicity to Theft and felony Falsification. Negotiated admission to a single misdemeanor falsification with case held open and expunged within 3 months allowing client to maintain a clean record for applications to college.

May 2008: Client charged with shoplifting at a local store. Case dismissed for court costs and completion of anti-theft program.

May 2008: Construction Zone Speeding 70 in a 45. Case dismissed.

May 2008: Construction Zone Speeding 69 in a 55. Reduced to 57 in a 55 and removal of Construction Zone designation.

April 2008: Driving Under Suspension, No Ops, and Speeding 83 in a 65. Case dismissed with client completing a driver safety course and paying court costs.

April 2008: Aggravated Menacing, Disorderly Conduct, and Criminal Trespassing case dismissed.

April 2008: Stop sign violation and improper passing dismissed for court costs.

March 2008: OVI reduced to Physical Control, a non-moving violation.

March 2008: Client charged with misdemeanor marijuana possession and drug paraphernalia. Negotiated dismissal of the drug charge and a bond forfeiture on the drug paraphernalia charge resulting in no conviction and no driver’s license suspension for client.

March 2008: Client stopped for driving with No Ops and Driving Under Suspension. Case dismissed for costs.

March 2008: Speed 78 in a 65. Case dismissed.

February 2008: OVI charges dismissed for plea to remaining charges of speeding, tag violation, and failure to register license in Ohio. $200 fine and costs.

February 2008: Hit/Skip and marked lanes violations reduced to single minor misdemeanor Failure to Control with $50 fine and costs.

February 2008: 4th degree misdemeanor speeding 37 in a 20 mph school zone reduced to minor misdemeanor, no-point 27 in a 25 mph zone. $20 fine plus costs.

January 2008: Client charged with Assault and two counts of Menacing. Case dismissed.

January 2008: Negotiated bond forfeiture on prohibition alcohol under 21 and fictitious ID charges enabling client to remain eligible for expungement of previous charges.

January 2008: Domestic Violence and Assault charges reduced to minor misdemeanor Disorderly Conduct.

January 2008: Theft charges dismissed upon client’s completion of informal diversion.

January 2008: Charges of OVI and Marked Lanes reduced to single count of minor misdemeanor reckless operation. $100 fine plus costs.

January 2008: Speeding in a school zone dismissed upon agreement to pay court costs.

January 2008: CDL driver faced serious traffic violation of Hit/Skip, Failure to Control, and Registration violation. Hit/Skip and Registration Violation dismissed upon admission to Failure to Control. $175 total fines/costs.
